The Long Weekend

While it's Sunday and I'm wishing there was another day left in the weekend, I do have some fun news that might help keep the Mondays away. I'm participating in an exciting event that will offer tons of tips and advice to help you make the Weekender Bag Pattern by Amy Butler. Haven't caught the Weekender fever yet? Not sure what all the fuss is about? Well the Long Weekend Blog Hop will show you exactly why you want to make this versatile travel bag and how you can get past some of the trickier aspects of the pattern. There will be giveaways and prizes along the way too, so I promise it will be fun AND help you stretch your sewing skills. : )

  1. Seriously? I just bought the pattern when I was in Seattle so I can make my sister one for Christmas. I wish I'd picked up some ruby star vinyl to make it out of, but she may just have to suffer with not quite so cool fabric. I can't wait for all the advice!

  3. Hmmm, I've been considering taking the weekender leap for a while now. Maybe this is a good time to do it.
